The Post Man Always Rings 500 Times

One of my tentative goals for 2017 was to reach a certain target with this blog. This is my 500th post since beginning this blog in May of 2010 and I must say a take a small bit of pride in this modest achievement. It started as a fulfillment for a class I was taking and over the last six and a half years it has become a digital dump for my musings and cartoons.

The content has evolved from stories of our adventures out on the town and my experiences over my handle bars to my attempts to do at least a cartoon a week for the year. That first year has now turned into five and counting and has given me a whole new reason to do what I do. Not least of all because it gives me more to choose from when calendar time rolls around. Speaking of which, if you haven't gotten this year's calendar full of shameless business plugs, send me your address and I'll get one out to you.

I have no idea what 2018 will bring us, but the one thing you can count on is Everything Goes at Once.

Christmas Present

Here's the latest wall hanger I did for Kathy for Christmas. It ties in with her new found love of the old Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson which someone has been posting to Youtube. It's a very funny low budget show with guests and a horse and puppets. I don't know how we missed it when it
was still in production. One of the great things about it is that it's not political which kind of makes it timeless. Everyone else on late night seems to have politics covered so it's a bit of a breath of fresh air.
